TVR is a British sports car manufacturer with headquarters located in Blackpool, Lancashire. If you are looking for sports car excellence, TVR will not disappoint you. TVR is widely known for creating sports cars that produces super lightweight cars with extremely powerful engines. Most cars use a 6 cylinder engine while others use a V8 engine. Most of TVR’s cars are built with tubular steel frames and encased with beautifully styled fiberglass frames. Currently TVR is owned by Nikolay Smolensky who purchased TVR from Peter Wheeler in 2004.

One of the most popular TVR models is the TVR Challenge which was initially built back in 1989. It can reacha  top speed of 190 mph (310 km/h). The body style is a convertible and has an FR layout. The engine consists of a 4441cc Rover 8 with 4 Webers.

Another popular model is the TVR Tuscan which has a performance of reaching 0-30 mph in as little as 1.73 seconds. 0-60 mph in as little as 3.68 seconds. 0-100 mph in a mere 8.08 seconds as well as going from 100 mph to 0 in 4.15 seconds. These results were also based on using no traction control or ABS brakes.
